It will be the opening of the tanz_house festival 2010. performance starts at 20.00 and takes place in republic (Anton Neumayr Platz 2, 5020 Salzburg) How are we formed and influenced by society and its values? Unwritten laws that are not supposed to be questioned, things that we just take for granted because they have always been a certain way. domestic violence tends to be minimized, justified and ignored in the so-called modern society. So for anybody who is close: tonight at 18.00 in SEAD - where the crew is rehearsing at the moment - there will be a showing of the piece. It is still in process and feedback is welcome! ' The competition is over, Sérgio Mendes, Kajsa Bohlin and Thomas Magnus are preparing to come to Austria for a 2 months working period. Their residency will start on the 1st of august in SEAD in Salzburg and continue in Vienna before they come back to Salzburg where they show their piece on the 16th of October! Since we had a lot of online viewers on our "Judgement Night" we will also show the performance on the 16th of October LIVE on the internet for all those who cant be there for the real thing. I want to take the chance to thank everyone involved in the project so far. Only a lot of unpaid helping hands made it possible to realize this project. ' Sérgio Mendes!!! After a wonderful final round in salzburg, with a lot of audience and online viewers we have the first ever winner of "move against it!" and his name is Sergio Mendes. All three presentations were wonderful: a great performance from Reut Shemes, Or Hakim and Nico Stallmann (on the drum set), a very special presentation that brought all 3 missions together beautifully from Thomas Proksch, Elias, Roswitha and Anna and then the winner presentation: Sérgio Mendes and Kajsa Bohlin with great physicality, humour and energy. Thanks to all the helpers, supporters and sponsors! Now we are looking forward to the winner piece that will be presented in Salzburg on the 16th of October during the tanz_house festival. ' It was not an easy decision and it took the jury quite some time to get their opinions together and select the 3 candidates that will be invited to Salzburg on the 22nd of June. But finally we know: ReutShemesh, kriativ and roblanko are going to go for the final round! Who ever hides behind this usernames... we will find out soon! we can just tell you so much: ReutShemesh is actually 2 people: Reut and Or. kriativ´s real name is Sérgio Mendes and roblanko in real life is called Thomas Proksch. All the details we will know on the 22nd of June. and you can follow it live! we managed to establish a live stream that should make it possible for everyone to join the "Judgement Night!" live on the web.
